Objectives :
This program was introduced to provide telehandler/ticket course participants with the knowledge, skills, and attitude to enable them to operate the machine safely and to comply with statutory requirements.
Who should attend :
All trainees must be over 18 years of age, be holders of valid Safe Pass Cards, and have a minimum of 6 months of experience on a continuous basis, which must be signed off on by the employer and applicant. A recent passport photo and PPS must also be provided.

Who is the CSCS telehandler assessment for?
It is the experienced operator route — for people already operating a telehandler who need formal CSCS certification rather than beginner training.
What does the assessment cover?
It covers construction site safety awareness and health and safety legislation, daily inspection, hydraulic systems, operating practices, and how load, gradient and ground conditions affect stability, along with loading, storage and transportation of materials — assessed by theory and practical exam.
