CSCS Mobile Access Tower Scaffold Assessment COURSE

Course Requirements

Candidate must have the following:

• Safe Pass Registration Card or CSR Card
• PPE (personal protective equipment), i.e. Hard Hat, High Visibility Vest, Steel Toe Capped Boots, Gloves.
• One Passport Photograph with signature on the back
• PPS Number of National Insurance Number
• Trainee must be over 18
• Must be English speaking
• Must answer YES to at least 14 out of 20 questions on the Mobile Access Tower Experienced Operator’s Self Assessment document prior to the commencement of the programme
