Course Description

Morning:

Introduction & Registration
Skills Validation which incorporates the above plus PowerPoint presentation (SOLAS)
On Site practical familiarisation with the machine.
Pre inspection according to operators manual and practising moving around work area.
This is followed by the theory exams which will lead to break time

Afternoon:

Each candidate will be allowed a specific timeframe to complete the tasks required.
Each applicant must complete these tasks in that recommended timeframe and must demonstrate that he/she has the necessary skills, ability and knowledge base to complete the tasks required of them.

Course Requirements

To attend the course, you need:

A valid Safe Pass Card
To be at least 18 years old.
To bring a passport-sized photo on the day of the course.
To bring a valid photo ID (Passport or Driving License).
A valid PPS number.
A minimum 6 months experience on a continuous basis which must be confirmed in writing and signed by the employer and applicant.
