Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Directional Drilling Operations (Construction)

This Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Directional Drilling Operations qualification has been developed for achievement in a real workplace environment which means you need to be employed to undertake this qualification.

There are 4 specialist pathways:
Pathway 1 – Drilling
Pathway 2 – Fluid Operative
Pathway 3 – Drilling Rigg Erector
Pathway 4 – Guidance Operative

This qualification enables you, the learner, to demonstrate and recognise your skills, knowledge and understanding and to demonstrate your competence in a real workplace environment so you can work as a Directional Drilling Operative within the construction industry.

There are no formal entry requirements to take this qualification. This qualification can be undertaken without any previous training or qualifications in this subject area.
