Our FAR course is a comprehensive 3-day program with a minimum duration of 18 hours, designed to provide essential pre-hospital emergency care skills. This course has replaced the old Occupational First Aid Course and is now the only first aid course recognized by the Health and Safety Authority (HSA).
Course Details
- Duration: 3 days (minimum of 18 hours)
- Certification Validity: 2 years (Refresher course required every 2 years)
- Training Methods: Classroom-based instruction with practical hands-on training and assessments
- Location: Rhode, centrally located just off the Rochfordbridge junction on M6
