Our FAR course is a comprehensive 3-day program with a minimum duration of 18 hours, designed to provide essential pre-hospital emergency care skills. This course has replaced the old Occupational First Aid Course and is now the only first aid course recognized by the Health and Safety Authority (HSA).

- Certification Validity: 2 years (Refresher course required every 2 years)
- Training Methods: Classroom-based instruction with practical hands-on training and assessments
